Neil White – CFP®, Dip FP
Neil began his career in financial services over 20 years ago, he was the founder (in 1994) of his specialist financial planning practice which is based in the Melbourne CBD. He is a recognised leader and has served multiple times on the Board of Advice of the Consultum Financial Advisers Group.
Neil is an experienced media contributor, commentator and presenter, he has also produced and presented the Melbourne based radio programme Money Talks. He is consistently sought to present and provide entertaining and informative sessions on financial services and related issues of integrity, professionalism and planning for future success amongst the professional and business community.
Neil’s life is well grounded by his soul mate and wife of 33 years Wendy who have 2 daughters. His personal passions are the performing arts, golf and his beloved Tigers the Richmond Football Club in the AFL.

Thomas McCarthy – AFP®
Tom is a Senior Adviser at Neil White Financial Services and specialises in Superannuation and Strategic Wealth Creation.
Tom is licensed and qualified in Financial Planning, and has almost three decades of expertise spanning small and international firms.
Tom has a strong background in Superannuation, both personal and Self Managed, wealth creation-management strategies, Estate and finance planning.
Outside work Tom has been sailing for over 40 years starting in skiffs and going on to ocean racing in 1974. He has competed in the Sydney to Hobart (3) Melbourne to Hobart (3) and gets out on the water every weekend with his mates at Williamstown.

Fiona Origlia – Dip. FS (FP), BA
Fiona is a Personal Risk Management specialist at Neil White Financial Services. Fiona began her career in the Financial Services sector in the late 80′s and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma of Financial Services.
Fiona has worked in senior roles in both small and large firms and has over 20 years experience in wealth protection and risk insurance along with senior Customer Service experience.
Fiona enjoys walking her dog, watching sport and cooking.

Melinda Smith
Melinda started working for Neil White Financial Services 10 years ago as Personal Assistant to the director Neil White. She has been working in the Financial Services Industry for over 13 years and has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Formerly Marketing Assistant with The Australian Ballet, Melinda attended the Royal Ballet School in London upon leaving secondary school.
In her time away from work she loves going to the movies, reading, dining out and spending time with her gorgeous nieces and nephews.
